जयपुर ( 15 जून 2021 ) मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने प्रबोधक ( लेवल -10 ) के 5 हजार पदों को वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक ( लेवल -11 ) में क्रमोन्नत करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है । मुख्यमंत्री के इस निर्णय से पदोन्नति का इंतजार कर रहे प्रबोधकों को राहत मिलेगी । राजस्थान पंचायती राज प्रबोधक सेवा नियम -2008 के तहत वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक का पद 100 प्रतिशत पदोन्नति से भरे जाने का प्रावधान है । इन नियमों के लागू होने से अब तक वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक का एक भी पद सृजित नहीं होने से प्रबोधकों को अभी तक पदोन्नति का अवसर नहीं मिला । वर्तमान में कार्यरत सभी 24 हजार 829 प्रबोधकों को पहले से ही एसीपी लेवल -11 स्वीकृत की गई है । ऐसे में ये सभी वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक का वेतनमान प्राप्त कर रहे हैं । प्रबोधकों के 5 हजार पदों को वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक में क्रमोन्नत करने से अब उन्हें वरिष्ठ प्रबोधक का पदनाम मिलेगा । साथ ही वे प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में स्थित उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में अपने विषय के अध्यापन के अलावा विद्यालय संचालन एवं उनसे संबंधित कार्य भी कर सकेंगे ।

Jaipur ( JUNE 15 2021 ) Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal to upgrade 5000 posts of Prabodhak (Level-10) to Senior Prabodhak (Level-11). This decision of the Chief Minister will give relief to the Prabodhas waiting for promotion. Under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Prabodhak Service Rules-2008, there is a provision to fill the post of Senior Inspector by 100% promotion. Due to the implementation of these rules, till now not a single post of Senior Inspector has been created, so far the supervisors have not got the opportunity of promotion. All the 24 thousand 829 Prabodhaks currently working have already been approved ACP Level-11. In such a situation, all of them are getting the pay scale of Senior Inspector. By upgrading the 5000 posts of Prabodhak to Senior Prabodhak, now they will get the designation of Senior Prabodhak. Along with this, apart from teaching their subject in upper primary schools located in rural areas of elementary education, they will also be able to run the school and do work related to them.
