कराची में एक सीवेज सिस्टम में जोरदार गैस विस्फोट हुआ -
नई दिल्ली ( 19 दिसम्बर 2021 ) कराची में बैंक की बिल्डिंग के नीचे धमाका , अब तक 12 लोगों की मौत दक्षिणी पाकिस्तान के कराची में एक सीवेज सिस्टम में आज जोरदार गैस विस्फोट हुआ. इस दुर्घटना में कम से कम 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 13 अन्य घायल हो गए. मलबे में कई अन्य के दबे होने की आशंका भी है.
पुलिस और एक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ने यह जानकारी दी है. पुलिस प्रवक्ता सोहेल जोखियो ने बताया कि ये विस्फोट शहर के शेरशाह इलाके में एक बैंक की इमारत के नीचे सीवर में गैस जमा होने के चलते हुआ है.
जोखियो ने कहा कि अभी यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि गैस में ये आग किस वजह से लगी, लेकिन विस्फोटक विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम को जांच के लिए बुलाया गया है. इधर, कराची के ट्रॉमा सेंटर में डॉ. साबिर मेमन ने बताया कि घटना में 10 लोग मारे गए हैं और 13 अन्य घायल हो गए है.
इनमें कम से कम तीन की हालत गंभीर है.
उन्होंने कहा कि कई घायलों को आईसीयू में रखा गया है. विस्फोट के चलते पास की इमारतों की खिड़कियां टूट गईं और नजदीक में खड़ा एक वाहन भी बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया. मामले में अधिक जानकारी की प्रतीक्षा की जा रही है.
रेस्क्यू जारी
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक फिलहाल 12 शवों निकाल लिया गया है, घायल लोगों का उपचार किया जा रहा है. बताया जा रहा है कि मरने वालों की संख्या में इजाफा हो सकता है. घटना स्थल से अभी अन्य लोगों की भी तलाश की जा रही है. स्थानीय प्रशासन के मुताबिक ये हमला आतंकी नहीं है. इसे इतना तूल देने की जरुरत नहीं है.
